Measure the impact of automation on content cycle time, first-time-right quality, reuse, reviewer effort, and compliance. DAM Operations and Governance Establish global standards for metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, asset relationships, lifecycle management, retention, and content stewardship. Ensure assets are accurately classified, searchable, reusable, current, and compliant with applicable promotional content, legal, records, and digital rights requirements. Develop scalable service delivery processes for asset ingestion, metadata application, quality control, publishing, localization, reuse, expiration, and archival.
