Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoxPharm ("the Service"), operated by NoxPharm ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

NoxPharm is an AI-powered CV tailoring tool built for Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical professionals. You provide a job description and your existing CV, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a tailored CV, optional cover letter, and keyword-alignment analysis designed to help you better match the requirements of a specific role. The Service automatically detects your Life Sciences role family (e.g. Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations) and optimises output accordingly.

2. Scoring Disclaimer

The alignment score provided by the Service is a heuristic keyword-alignment estimate. It reflects how closely the language and keywords in your CV match those found in the job description. It is not an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) simulator and does not replicate the behaviour of any specific ATS software. The score is intended as a directional guide to help you improve your application, not as a guarantee of how any particular system will rank your CV.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While the Service is designed to improve the quality and relevance of your job applications, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to receiving an interview, passing an ATS screening, or obtaining employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside our control.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your original CV, resume text, and any cover letters. AI-generated outputs (tailored CVs, cover letters, keyword analyses) produced by the Service using your content are also owned by you. We claim no intellectual property rights over your input or the generated output.

5. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility

All tailored CVs, cover letters, and suggestions produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While the AI is designed to never invent facts about your background, qualifications, or experience, you are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer or third party.

You must verify the accuracy of every detail in the generated output, including job titles, dates, qualifications, and descriptions. Submitting inaccurate information on a job application is your responsibility, not ours.

6. Free Tier

The free tier provides 3 tailored CVs per day. Exports on the free tier include a small watermark identifying them as generated by NoxPharm. All other features available to free-tier users are described on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

7. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed on a monthly subscription basis. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months — we do not provide refunds for any partial billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of that month but will not receive a prorated refund.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to misuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that disrupts the Service for other users. Where possible, we will provide notice before suspension. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoxPharm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost revenue, or data loss.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
