Make the work of our customers delivering life-changing medicines and treatments to patients more efficient and productive. We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Vault Medical. In this role, you will be the expert in leveraging AI to automate the content lifecycle, from speeding up the Medical review process to automating scientific literature publishing to automating the generation of medical information responses. You will build AI agents that help medical affairs teams accelerate speed-to-market for critical health communications while ensuring compliance. What You'll Do
Be hands-on. Design, prototype, define, configure, and validate solutions rapidly to ensure we solve the right problems, in the right order
Be agile. Design, implement, iterate
Be a storyteller. Author & design high-quality specifications and communicate specific, actionable requirements to your engineering teammates
Be a team player. Work with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build solutions that harmonize across Veeva applications
AI Orchestration & Design: Lead the design of production-ready AI Agent applications, focusing on data flow orchestration, RAG architectures, and complex prompt engineering
Strategic Product Discovery: Navigate the probabilistic nature of AI by identifying high-impact use cases where LLMs can solve non-deterministic problems in Medical Affairs workflows
Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders

5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience
2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI
Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs
Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for highly regulated content
Communication: Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders in Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments
Collaboration: Proven track record of working with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows
Experience with data modeling (ERDs)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada Nice to Have
Domain Expertise: Direct experience with Veeva Vault Medical
Life Sciences Experience: Familiarity with scientific literature planning, authoring, review, submissions, or publishing
Data Background: Experience as a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role Interviewing with Veeva

Base pay: $100,000 - $150,000 CAD
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
