Job Description: To support our Sales Team in Switzerland, we are seeking support as: Key Account Manager Oncology (f/m/d) Region: Western Switzerland (Geneva-Jura, Vaud-Valais) Your Role As a Key Account Manager Oncology at Ipsen, you are the Business Owner of your territory. You lead your territory both strategically and operationally and are accountable for its sustainable development within the Swiss oncology landscape.In this role, you actively shape business outcomes with a clear focus on patient benefit, therapeutic value and business impact. You work cross-functionally and position Ipsen as a trusted therapy and healthcare system partner. Your Responsibilities Business & Strategie Lead your assigned territory independently in alignment with the overall business and brand strategy Own sales performance, market share and KPI achievement, including active business steering Develop and execute focused territory and account strategies based on market insights and data analysis Conduct strategic, value-driven customer engagements with clear objectives and a results-oriented approach Operational Excellence & Launch Use CRM (Veeva) consistently as a business planning and decision-making tool Manage the local territory marketing budget Take operational responsibility for successful product launches Plan and execute events and congress activities with clear strategic objectives Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Analyse and navigate formal and informal decision-making structures across HCPs, HCOs and healthcare networks Build professional and productive partnerships based on credibility and mutual trust Contribute actively to overall Business Unit performance and cross-functional projects Your profile University degree; Scientific, medical or healthcare-related background or equivalent qualification Strong experience in oncology or similarly complex specialty care environments Proven track record of independently managing key accounts or territories with full business accountability Experience developing and executing territory and account plans Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and stakeholder management within specialised and hospital settings Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making Self-directed and accountable working style with a strong sense of ownership Language ability: English fluent; French fluent, German: minimum conversational level Valid Swiss work permit, Valid driving licence Why Ipsen?
