Key Responsibilities Collect, verify, and maintain accurate information about healthcare professionals within IQVIA's internal databases. Update physician and healthcare provider profiles, including contact details, workplace information, educational background, specialties, and other relevant data. Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare professionals via telephone on a daily basis to validate and update information. Conduct online research to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Maintain high standards of data quality and compliance with internal procedures. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team objectives and productivity targets. Requirements Essential Qualifications Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Internet-based research tools Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and confident telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Reliable, responsible, and committed approach to work. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Good command of English for communication with the line manager and internal stakeholders.
