Our mission is to empower life sciences companies with the data and insights they need to drive DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness and, ultimately, better patient outcomes. As part of Veeva, the Crossix team offers the agility of a high-growth team with the stability of a global leader. As a Manager on the Partnership Services team, you will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact and quarterback for a portfolio of media partners. You will own the delivery of partner-commissioned analytics, manage subscriptions to our PubView product, and act as a critical bridge between partners and our Client Services team for any client-specific escalations. This role is not about building the relationship from scratch — it's about sustaining and deepening it through operational excellence, product knowledge, and a proactive, service-first mindset. What You'll Do
Day-to-Day Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media partners, fielding inquiries, managing expectations, and keeping relationships running smoothly post-onboarding
Analytics Delivery: Own end-to-end scoping and delivery of partner-commissioned analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable storytelling
PubView Subscription Management: Manage partner subscriptions to Crossix's PubView product, supporting onboarding, data and ongoing dashboard questions
Act as Client Escalation Bridge: Act as the liaison between media partners and the Client Services team for any client-specific issues, triaging escalations and ensuring swift, coordinated resolution
Product & Methodology Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Crossix products and measurement methodology to credibly speak to partner questions, explain analytical outputs, and translate complex concepts clearly
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services, Data Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams to be aware of all partner-related activities and ensure seamless execution across the organization Requirements
4+ years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or partnerships role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams simultaneously with exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail
Experience delivering analytics projects or data-driven insights to external stakeholders and non-technical audiences
Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of proactive problem-solving
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing settings
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift
Must be in the New York City area and able to be in the office for team and customer meetings Nice to Have
Familiarity with media measurement, publisher-side analytics, or programmatic advertising
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel or BI tools (Sigma) Interviewing with Veeva

Base pay: $110,000 - $145,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
