Job Description Serve as the regional owner of the Atomic Spectroscopy product portfolio, driving sustainable business growth and market expansion. Develop and execute regional business plans, including funnel management, opportunity prioritization, and territory growth strategies. Lead Chemical Advanced Material (CAM) initiatives and drive New Product Ramp-to-Volume (RTV) programs to accelerate market adoption. Manage and develop Key Accounts (KAs), establish account plans, strengthen executive-level engagement, and identify new business opportunities. Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies based on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including customer consultations, demonstrations, application discussions, and troubleshooting. Support tender and bidding activities by developing competitive win strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and delivering technical differentiators to maximize win rates. Develop and validate solutions for emerging and high-growth application areas, creating reference cases and best practices for market development. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, or a related field. Strong technical expertise in Atomic Spectroscopy (ICP-MS, ICP-MS/MS, ICP-OES, AA). Proven experience in business development, key account management, and solution selling. Excellent communication, presentation. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
