Our Neuromodulation business provides a broad portfolio of non-opioid pain management solutions, including implantable devices compatible with mobile technology and radiofrequency ablation therapies, helping patients who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These innovative therapies enable us to deliver interventional pain management solutions across the entire pain continuum. Overview: As a key member of our Chronic Pain Therapies (CPT) team, this role is responsible for maximising sales volume and market share of designated products across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Townsville. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain Neuromodulation product certification. Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory. Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training. Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning. Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks. Provide pre procedure education to patients. Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory. Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory. Manage allocated consignment stock. Maintain accurate customer profiles. Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs. Assist with product marketing and launches. Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity. Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe. Attend company sales meetings as required. Ensure maintenance of company property/assets. Handle and document customer complaints according to Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure. Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager. Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties. You may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend. On Call This role requires participation in the relevant on-call roster applicable to your role. Qualifications and Experience Essential Tertiary qualification in Medical, Business Management field or other related field required. Experience and demonstrated high performance as a Medical Device Territory Manager. Competencies and Attributes Good understanding of the industry process and function. Ability to convincingly discuss product range with customers, as well as internal and external experts. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Experience in supporting procedures in the operating theatre as a Medical Device Representative. Selling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovery of customer needs/requirements, follow up of sales leads, demonstrating the products, able to develop solutions and resolve problems, negotiating and closing the deal. Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts. Time management and problem-solving skills. Passion for results and continuous improvement, both personally and professionally. The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
