Primary responsibilities Manage and continually optimize the order entry process Prepare reports and trend analyses to recommend process and tool enhancements Organize and participate in regular and ad hoc meetings to present results and monitor action plans Collaborate with vendor to optimize performance and ensure top-quality customer service Work with diverse stakeholders to identify and implement innovations Seek best practices and synergies across Western European markets Document and communicate process changes, participate in transition and standardization initiatives. Required qualifications Proven experience with transformation initiatives. Ability to identify automation opportunities and drive improvement. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions. Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level). Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-oriented mindset. Team player with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Preffered qualifications Lean Six Sigma certification/experience. Proficiency in other European languages (with French, German or Italian strongly preferred). Experience working in multicultural environments. Prior exposure to senior management communication.
