Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine As a Business Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced Finance team and gain exposure to key business and financial processes. The intern will support a variety of activities, including: Supporting the Business Controlling team in the analysis of business unit and functional performance from a financial perspective. Assisting with the preparation and coordination of the different budget and forecast cycles throughout the year. Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales and OPEX reports and helping analyze key business trends. Assisting with financial data reviews and accounting-related activities to support accurate financial reporting. Collaborating with the team in the preparation of operating procedures, documentation, and internal audit requests. Contributing to process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through digital tools and automation. Supporting ongoing Finance projects and interacting with a broad network of stakeholders across the organization. Learning about financial planning, business partnering, performance management, and decision-making processes within a leading healthcare company. Requirements: We are looking for a motivated student with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment: Currently pursuing a University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. High level of English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business and finance. Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools. Team-player with a collaborative mindset. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple priorities.
