Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day Supply Planning and/or Raw Materials Planning activities within Kinaxis MaestroManage planning exceptions, scenario analysis, and planning recommendationsCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teamsDocument planning assumptions, business rules, and operating proceduresDevelop training and knowledge transfer materials to support future onboarding activitiesBring industry best practices and recommend process improvements where appropriateSupport transition and capability-building efforts for offshore/global teamsRequired Qualifications5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experienceStrong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponseExperience in Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectivelyStrong communication and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsPharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experienceExperience supporting planning transformationsExposure to demand planning, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes
