Job Summary This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves being at the center of the action and driving business impact without carrying a direct sales quota. As the Manager, Field Planning & Execution, you'll serve as the operational quarterback for Insulet's commercial organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Training, Analytics, and leadership teams to turn strategic priorities into real-world execution. You'll lead cross-functional planning, manage high-visibility commercial pilots, gather and translate field insights into actionable recommendations, and help shape how future initiatives are scaled across the business. This role is ideal for a strong project manager and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and wants the opportunity to directly improve the effectiveness of a national sales organization while helping bring innovative diabetes solutions to more patients. Contribute to prioritization criteria, effort scoring, and intake tools that keep planning decisions consistent and transparent for requesting teams. Keep pilot teams aligned on timelines, decisions, and open questions as scope evolves. Field Insight and Advisory Input Coordinate with sales leadership and field sales teams to gather structured input on initiatives, pilots, and field-facing programs. Support field advisory forums, surveys, and other feedback channels, ensuring requests have clear objectives and are routed through the appropriate channel.
