Experiencia previa en procesos de manufactura. Conocimiento en Sistema Internacional de medición y Sistema Inglés de medición. Familiaridad con tablas de muestreo ANSI y control estadístico de procesos. Habilidad en la aplicación de metodología Six Sigma. Trabajar en equipo y atención al detalle.
