LDC Business Project Manager

Salary Range: €90,000.00 - €167,200.00 Job Description Summary Acts as the business representative for Lean Digital Core (S/4HANA) implementation, leading the delivery of medium to large-scale projects, managing stakeholders and project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, risk management, and successful release deployment, while enabling a smooth transition into operations. Job Description Major Accountabilities Lead end-to-end delivery of LDC project (S4/Hana) from initiation through deployment and transition to operations. Establish project governance and manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed business outcomes and quality standards. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, statements of work, procurement, and change requests. Drive effective resource planning and utilization while applying standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Provide transparent project reporting, maintaining accurate status updates, documentation, KPIs, and executive-level communications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, DDIT functions, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. Ensure compliance with security, quality, regulatory, HSE, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Total 9+ year of exp with proven experience managing large-scale IT, ERP, digital transformation, or SAP/LDC projects in complex global environments. Strong project management expertise, including scope, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management. Experience managing project budgets, financial governance, procurement processes, and vendor contracts. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teams, influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and steering committees. Understanding of security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements within enterprise technology project delivery.
