As Manager, Corporate Communications, you will shape engaging, audience-focused communications that help associates across Novartis Canada feel informed, connected and inspired. With a strong focus on internal communications, you will create compelling content, advise senior leaders and collaborate across teams to turn strategy, culture and organizational priorities into meaningful experiences. You will also support high-profile corporate communications initiatives in a visible, fast-moving role where your ideas, judgement and writing can make a real impact. Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging internal communications that connect associates to business priorities and culture. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to create impactful communication strategies and campaigns. Manage and optimize digital communication channels to enhance engagement and reach. Create compelling content across internal platforms, websites, social media and thought leadership initiatives. Lead communications for key events, including town halls, national meetings and community initiatives. Support executive internal communications, including presentations, speeches and organizational announcements. Use insights and data to measure impact, identify trends and strengthen communication effectiveness. Essential Requirements University degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field. Extensive experience in corporate, internal or strategic communications. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Proven ability to develop creative communication campaigns that drive engagement and impact. Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights and identify emerging communication trends. Expected Remuneration Range for role: 97,750 - 135,700 CAD The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
