Manager, PX, GWE, Workplace Experience

Role Summary Based at the Collegeville, Pennsylvania site and reporting to the Director, People Experience (PX), Global Workplace Experience (GWE), North America Commercial (NAC) Sites, the NAC Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining an optimal workplace experience for colleagues across a cluster of NAC portfolio sites. Role Responsibilities Lead the workplace experience strategy across a cluster of North America Commercial (NAC) portfolio sites, creating consistent standards and a unified approach that improve how colleagues experience the workplace. Define and deliver the workplace experience as an integrated, colleague-facing service model across three core pillars: soft services, including reception, conference and meeting services, food and cafeteria operations, housekeeping, workplace logistics, colleague amenities, and day-to-day service excellence; hospitality, focused on creating welcoming, professional, and seamless experiences for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders; and workplace space activation, ensuring workspaces are effectively programmed, curated, and energized to support collaboration, engagement, and evolving business needs. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring workplace programs support the broader North America Commercial strategy while responding to local site needs. Serve as the primary liaison between Global Workplace Experience (GWE), Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, and site leadership to deliver seamless, high-impact workplace solutions. Build strong partnerships with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers to ensure consistent service delivery, strong colleague satisfaction, and operational excellence across assigned sites. Lead cross-site initiatives with Global Workplace Experience (GWE) teams and Site Councils, using data, colleague feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities and improve the workplace experience. Oversee Integrated Facility Management (IFM) performance, ensuring services are delivered in line with Pfizer standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and a culture of accountability. Partner with Global Workplace Experience Design and Strategy Leads to review space utilization, optimize workplace design, and implement agile and flexible workplace solutions that support evolving business needs. Support change management for workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, colleague engagement, and adoption of new ways of working, particularly in agile and flexible environments. Lead special projects, including site expansions, workplace upgrades, service enhancements, and technology integrations, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder support. Manage colleague communications related to workplace experience and maintain accurate, colleague-focused information through platforms such as PfizerWorld. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to support service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Represent Global Workplace Experience (GWE) on site Crisis Management Teams and, when required, support Workplace Risk Management as Site Security Assistance (SSA). Partner with Global Workplace Experience Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Process Owner (BPO) teams to deliver integrated workplace initiatives that strengthen safety, sustainability, and colleague well-being. Curate and manage corporate art, branding, and workplace identity programs across sites, helping create engaging and inspiring environments for colleagues and visitors. Collaborate with Pfizer Digital to pilot, implement, and scale smart building technologies that keep North America Commercial (NAC) sites aligned with emerging workplace innovation. Basic Qualifications Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience. 5–10 years of progressive experience in workplace experience, hospitality, soft services, facilities, or portfolio-based site operations, ideally within a multi-site North America Commercial (NAC) environment. Strong understanding of colleague-facing workplace services, including soft services, hospitality, workplace space activation, service delivery, and colleague engagement programs. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, vendors, and site stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Proven experience managing programs or initiatives across multiple sites, with the ability to balance strategic priorities, stakeholder expectations, operational needs, and timelines. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience supporting budgets, service models, vendor performance, and cost-effective workplace solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and drive engagement at all organizational levels. Ability to use data, colleague feedback, service performance insights, and workplace trends to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. High level of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and accountability when working with colleagues, leaders, vendors, and external partners. Ability to manage multiple functions and priorities simultaneously, adapt to changing business needs, and perform effectively under pressure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and emerging workplace technologies, including a strong interest in artificial intelligence and smart building solutions. Ability and willingness to travel across North America, as required, to support assigned sites, stakeholder engagement, service reviews, and workplace initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Design, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant professional designation or industry certification preferred. Work Location Assignment: Hybrid The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $165,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
