Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: End-to-End Planning Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Madrid, Spain Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Iberia EP/NV Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Spain . In this highly visible role, you will serve as the key Supply Chain partner for Spain and Portugal, ensuring outstanding service performance across the EP/NV portfolio while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business continuity. As the bridge between Supply Chain and the commercial organization, you will influence strategic decisions, lead issue resolution, optimize inventory and allocation management, and ensure end-to-end alignment across multiple business functions. What You'll Do Act as the primary Supply Chain interface for customers across Spain and Portugal. Drive service performance and key metrics, including OTIF, customer service levels, and penalty management. Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, and Central Planning teams to ensure seamless execution. Lead backorder and allocation management, including SKU prioritization and recovery planning. Support tender submissions and commercial opportunities by assessing supply feasibility, allocation strategies, and inventory impacts. Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies. Track and improve key supply chain KPIs through proactive analysis and corrective actions. Communicate supply risks, constraints, and opportunities to stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation when required. Evaluate business and financial impacts, including P&L implications, cash flow, and charge-outs, to support informed decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service reliability and operational performance. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of end-to-end Supply Chain experience . Experience within the Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Solid understanding of supply chain performance metrics and operational planning. Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess business impact and support commercial decision-making. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Why Join Johnson & Johnson?
