General Description: As Senior Director, Organizational Change Management (OCM), you will lead GTS’s enterprise OCM strategy in support of the BeOne’s mission: helping BeOne build the next-generation global oncology company and expand access to high-quality cancer therapies worldwide. By proactively orchestrating organizational change, you will enable colleagues, customers, and patients to adopt intuitive experiences, scalable services, and capabilities delivered through a unified technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Executive Director, Operational Strategy & Enablement, you will serve as GTS’s change architect and strategic advisor to executives and transformation sponsors. You will architect and orchestrate change across multiple regions, cultures, time zones, governance structures, and decision-making models, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes while adapting delivery approaches to local needs. You will shape strategy, portfolio sequencing, sponsorship, governance, and risk mitigation across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI adoption, and operating model redesign, ensuring changes strengthen secure systems, compliant processes, trusted data, and AI-enabled intelligent automation. You will scale a global OCM center of excellence and practitioner network, establishing methodologies, capabilities, and performance measures that accelerate adoption, organizational readiness, and measurable value. Through coaching and partnerships with the Global Technology Solutions Leadership Team (GTS-LT), Program and Portfolio Governance (PPG), Process and Service Excellence (PSE), Human Resources (HR), Corporate Communications, and business leaders, you will embed change leadership and the North Star outcomes into transformation delivery. Essential Functions of the Job: Enterprise OCM Strategy & Governance: Define the GTS OCM vision, operating model, standards, and roadmap aligned with the North Star. Establish portfolio change criteria, assurance practices, and escalation mechanisms that strengthen adoption, value realization, security, compliance, and organizational readiness. Advisory & Sponsorship: Advise GTS leaders and sponsors on organizational impacts, stakeholder risks, alignment, and interventions. Coach leaders to visibly sponsor change and reinforce accountability. Transformation Portfolio Leadership: Oversee OCM across GBS, ServiceNow, ERP, AI, and operating model transformations. Integrate change requirements into portfolio planning, investments, governance, and the GTS Software Delivery Lifecycle to advance a unified technology ecosystem and scalable global capabilities. GBS & Operating Model Transformation: Partner with process owners and GBS leaders on transition strategies, workforce readiness, service adoption, and regional process standardization. Enable scalable services and intuitive experiences for BeOne colleagues while sustaining secure, compliant operations. OCM Center of Excellence: Lead a scalable global OCM capability encompassing methodologies, toolkits, quality standards, practitioner development, communities of practice, and champion networks. Adoption, Readiness & Value Realization: Establish measures for readiness, adoption, proficiency, user experience, and benefits realization. Apply trusted data, stakeholder feedback, and corrective actions to improve outcomes for colleagues, customers, and patients. Leadership Communications & Engagement: Shape transformation narratives and executive communications with Communications and business leaders. Oversee engagement for town halls, leadership forums, and GTS events. Talent & Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a global OCM team. Set objectives, allocate resources, manage partners, and build succession plans. North Star & OKRs: Translate the GTS North Star into actionable OCM priorities, outcomes, and OKRs. Strengthen accountability for intuitive user experiences, scalable services, unified technology, secure and compliant processes, trusted data, intelligent automation, and expanded access to cancer therapies. Location: Preference for East Coast Location. Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a global OCM team, accountable for organization design, talent, performance, resources, succession, and external partners. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field required; a relevant Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree (strongly preferred) in a related discipline with 12 + years of experience supporting enterprise transformation leadership. Change Management Certification: Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or an equivalent advanced credential demonstrating recognized OCM expertise is strongly preferred. Transformation Credentials: Project Management Professional, Agile, Lean, or comparable certification supporting disciplined transformation planning, execution, and continuous improvement is preferred. AI & Digital Fluency: Demonstrates knowledge of enterprise artificial intelligence, digital adoption, intelligent automation, and technology-enabled change practices within complex organizations. Enterprise Leadership: 12+ years in organizational change, transformation, organizational development, or consulting, including 5+ years leading global teams or OCM functions. Large-Scale Transformation: Demonstrates success leading complex, multi-year transformations spanning technology, processes, operating models, workforce capabilities, organizational structures, and culture. Global & GBS Experience: Architects and orchestrates change across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, navigating cultural differences, regional contexts, and varied decision-making models. Executive Influence: Advises senior executives, aligns transformation sponsors, navigates organizational complexity, and influences strategic investment, prioritization, governance, and portfolio decisions. Life Sciences: Applies substantial experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another highly regulated global environment requiring rigorous security and compliance. Enterprise Platforms: Leads organizational change and adoption across enterprise platforms including SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Veeva, Ariba, and AI-enabled capabilities. People & Partner Leadership: Builds high-performing teams, develops talent, manages consulting partners, allocates resources effectively, and governs distributed delivery across regions. Skills Enterprise Change Leadership: Expertise in ADKAR, CAP, Agile, Lean, human-centered design, and tailoring methods to context. Strategy & Business Acumen: Connects change to enterprise strategy, operating models, investments, risk, and business outcomes. Executive Presence & Influence: Credibility, judgment, and communication skills to advise and mobilize leaders across a global matrix.
