Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The US CMFT Regional Marketing Analyst will support product and portfolio marketing for the Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic (CMFT) business in the United States, based in West Chester, PA. This role will support the development and execution of strategic alliance initiatives through the analysis of business performance, customer service metrics, and logistics operations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Alliance Partners to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for: · Strategic Alliance Management Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic partnerships against established objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the execution of alliance initiatives by tracking performance, identifying trends, and recommending actions to drive business growth. Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to identify opportunities for market expansion, process improvement, and enhanced customer engagement. · Customer Service Analytics Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards that provide visibility into service performance and customer experience metrics. Analyze customer service trends and identify opportunities to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. · Logistics & Supply Chain Performance Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational capabilities. Monitor key logistics including order fulfillment, on-time delivery, inventory availability, product returns, and case completion rates. · Marketing & Business Insights Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, educational events, and alliance-related initiatives. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into key business performance indicators and market trends. Collect, interpret, and communicate business insights that support marketing strategy and decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field. · Preferred product marketing, commercial, or analytical experience within the medical device industry. · Familiarity with surgical workflows and the OR environment; experience engaging surgeons and clinical stakeholders. · Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. · Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. · Analytical capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans. · Willingness to travel (approximately 20–40%, depending on business needs.) Preferred:(if you like its optional) Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or clinical background (RN, biomedical). Knowledge of US healthcare payer landscape and reimbursement coding relevant to CMF/trauma procedures. Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and commercial analytics tools. On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
