Monitoring the Finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, Every Kind of Flooring). Progress monitoring & updating same to reporting manager on daily basis. preparing and approval of BBS Checking of sub- contractor bills. Preparation of DPR & Submitting to the reporting manager. Validating the BOQ & rates. Highlighting the issues to management if any work is hampered. Preparation of budget as per the requirement
