This role will be crucial in enhancing collaboration, automating business processes, and optimizing information management within Piramal Consumer Healthcare • Development: Business understanding, map to new processes with the automated flows • Enhancements and Upgrades: Collaborate with Stakeholders to implement enhancements, or new development of application as per business requirements. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation such as BRD, SOW, Test cases etc. • Application Maintenance: Perform routine updates and configurations to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications. • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing of new features, patches, or upgrades to ensure compatibility, performance, and reliability of the applications. • Issue Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and system errors reported by stakeholders. • User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users for the developed applications, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development team, Marketing, and Operations to align application functionalities with business needs.
