 Job Description About the role: The Product Manager, Infusion Disposables, is responsible for supporting the growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of BD's U.S. Infusion Disposables portfolio, including I.V. Accessories (IVA) and Gravity & Syringe Delivery (GSD) product lines. This individual will assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies, executing tactical initiatives, and driving business performance through effective portfolio management, sales enablement, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Manager will play an active role in day-to-day business operations across the Infusion Disposables portfolio, including forecasting, product launches, competitive intelligence, pricing support, supply and demand planning, marketing communications, and customer engagement. This role reports to the Senior Product Manager, Infusion Disposables, and works closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Operations to support achievement of annual business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing and product strategies to achieve or exceed business objectives across the Infusion Disposables portfolio. Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product launches, line extensions, portfolio optimization, and product discontinuations. Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market research, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, training resources, and value-based messaging. Partner with the U.S. Sales organization to support customer engagement, field training, commercial initiatives, and business development activities. Support portfolio forecasting, demand planning, pricing strategy, budget management, and financial analysis. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to support product availability, supply continuity, and overall business performance. Work closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to execute portfolio initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct market assessments and develop business recommendations to strengthen market position and accelerate growth. Support annual strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and business development initiatives. Participate in customer meetings, advisory boards, trade shows, industry conferences, and field visits to gather market insights and strengthen customer relationships. Prepare business reviews, forecasts, performance dashboards, project updates, and executive presentations. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Ensure all activities comply with BD policies and applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, healthcare, or commercial roles; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Detail oriented with strong excel capabilities Experience utilizing market research and customer insights to support commercial strategies. Strong analytical and financial skills with experience interpreting market and business performance data Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Ability to travel approximately 30% Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree Healthcare/Life Science experience Product launch experience At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
