Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to join our Customer Experience team located remotely (Indianapolis, Indiana). Work Schedule: Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday/ 40hrs per week Job Responsibilities: Support customer experience initiatives through customer feedback analysis, reporting, and insight generation. Assist with customer journey mapping activities, including research, workshop preparation, and documentation. Help develop presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and culture initiatives. Analyze customer, operational, and survey data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement recommendations. Support the maintenance of CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that improve customer satisfaction and business performance Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field. Additional Job Standards: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in understanding customer needs and business performance. Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement. Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. About the Team: The Central Labs Customer Experience Team partners across the business to better understand customer needs and improve experiences across the end-to-end customer journey. We use research, customer feedback, journey mapping, analytics, and employee insights to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and support a customer-centric culture. Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
