Senior Learning & Development Specialist At ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise. As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at ICON, you will be integral in shaping and deliver impactful learning and development programs that drive employee growth and organizational success. What You Will Do: You will take ownership of learning and organisational development deliverables, applying your expertise to complex challenges. Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth. Conducting thorough needs assessments and collaborating with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions. Facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvements. Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure programs remain relevant and innovative. Providing coaching and support to managers and employees, guiding them on learning opportunities and career development paths. Your Profile: You will have a strong foundation in learning and organisational development, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are beneficial. Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, with a strong track record of creating impactful training solutions. Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and inspire a culture of learning. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 50%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
