Key Responsibilities · Perform routine analysis of multi-omics datasets · Execute standard workflows for QC, normalization, annotation, and result generation · Develop and maintain R scripts / lightweight analytical tools · Prepare tables, figures, and summaries for internal team use · Maintain clear documentation for reproducibility and traceability · Collaborate within the team to support timely delivery Required Qualifications · Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Statistics, Computer Science , or related field · 3–5 years of relevant experience in bioinformatics or multi-omics analysis · Practical experience with R, Python, and Linux/Unix · Experience in R tool or script development · Familiarity with NGS and/or multi-omics analysis workflows · Strong teamwork and documentation skills
