Job Overview : The WFM Analyst plays a critical role in enabling efficient workforce planning and operational execution by providing data ‑ driven insights, forecasts, and performance reporting. This role partners closely with operations, supply chain, and functional leaders to ensure staffing models, capacity plans, and productivity assumptions align with business demand. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational efficiency, service levels, and decision ‑ making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze workforce demand, capacity, and productivity data to support short ‑ and long ‑ term planning activities. Develop and maintain workforce models, forecasts, and staffing scenarios aligned with business needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor utilization , efficiency, and service levels. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and insights for business partners and leadership. Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities related to workforce performance and resourcing. Partner cross ‑ functionally with operations, finance, HR, and planning teams to support decision ‑ making . Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating process effectiveness and data accuracy. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field). Advanced degree preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Typically requires 2–4 years of relevant work experience in workforce management, analytics, operations planning, or a related analytical role.
