Support the drafting, formatting, and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and related controlled documents using established templates and guidance. Assist with quality control reviews of controlled documents for clarity, consistency, formatting, cross-references, and alignment with applicable document standards. Assist with document lifecycle, training, and digital workflow activities in systems such as Veeva Quality, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 tools, as appropriate to assigned access and training. Support the organization and analysis of process documentation, training matrices, and related records to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with process, training, and cross-functional partners to support consistent execution and effective adoption of new or improved processes and digital tools across Development.
