Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team About the role: As a Google Analytics Developer within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade digital analytics solutions across web and marketing platforms. This role combines strong technical implementation expertise with business alignment to ensure accurate , compliant, and actionable data collection. You will lead the configuration and management of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and related data integration frameworks. You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, product owners, and IT to translate tracking requirements into scalable analytics architectures that support reporting, personalization, and performance optimization. This role directly contributes to PDT’s ability to harness digital behavioral data effectively, improve campaign performance, optimize user journeys, and enhance data-driven decision-making in a compliant and secure environment. This position will align to the External Experience chapter of the ICC and report to the PDT Delivery Lead for strategic direction and day-to-day management. How you will contribute: Design, implement, and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking architecture across web and Mobile properties. Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, tags, triggers, and variables. Develop scalable event tracking frameworks aligned with business KPIs and marketing objectives . Translate business requirements into detailed tracking specifications and technical documentation. Implement custom event tracking, enhanced eCommerce tracking, and cross-domain measurement. Participation in agile ceremonies with squads and chapter teams Supporting estimation, planning, backlog refinement Ensuring analytics work aligns with release timelines Ensure accurate data collection, validation, debugging, and quality assurance. Integrate GA4 data with enterprise platforms such as CDP, CRM, and marketing automation systems. Work with APIs to extract, transform, and load analytics data for reporting and visualization. Collaborate with developers to implement data layer standards and best practices. B uild dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio , BigQuery or other BI platforms. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA where applicable, cookie consent frameworks). S upport A/B testing and experimentation tracking. Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and tracking issues. Maintain documentation of tagging architecture, implementation logic, and governance processes. Stay updated on Google Analytics ecosystem changes and industry best practices. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field required . 5 + years of experience in digital analytics implementation and tracking.
