Lead and deliver program objectives within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations Forecast and Recognize appropriate Financial Revenue based on agreed upon milestones. Ensure adherence to sound project management practices Balance multiple priorities with minimal supervision Manage cross-functional project teams Develop and maintain overall project plans and schedules (including tech transfer) Maintain collaborative, solution-focused communication with clients Provide regular project updates and progress reports Monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality completion Troubleshoot issues and promote innovative, data-driven solutions Strengthen program management capabilities across the organization Drive programs forward and overcome obstacles independently Lead without direct authority and influence stakeholders Build strong cross-functional and external relationships and resolve conflicts effectively. Minimum Education, Experience, Skills B.S / B.A. degree in Project Management, Business or a related pharmaceutical sciences field or equivalent experience in regulated industry. M.B.A. preferred. 5–7+ years of direct experience in contract development or manufacturing specifically in a CDMO environment.
