Your role at Baxter As the Finance & Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both the day-to-day financial operations and administrative needs of our Bellevue office. This position serves as a critical partner to the finance team, helping to ensure the timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end processes. In addition to finance responsibilities, you will help create a professional and efficient office environment by coordinating office operations, vendor services, and front desk activities. This is an onsite position based in Bellevue, Washington. What you'll be doing Finance Support (85%) Monitor accounts receivable aging and support collection efforts to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. Initiate customer collection outreach and follow up on outstanding balances. Support accounts receivable processes, including invoice distribution and payment application processing. Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing. Reconcile employee expense reports, corporate credit cards, and vendor statements. Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve billing and payment inquiries. Maintain organized electronic financial records and assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and special projects. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency. Office Administration (15%) Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and help maintain a professional, welcoming office environment. Coordinate office operations, including facility services, repairs, vendor support, office supply management, and general administrative activities. What you'll bring Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance support, bookkeeping, office administration, or a related role preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, vendors, and leaders at all levels of the organization. Experience working with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial management tools preferred. High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 -$99,000. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses .
