In this role, you will lead project activities and develop engineering talent while ensuring project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements. What You Will Do Lead engineers responsible for the introduction of new products and technologies across multiple projects. Manage assigned project elements, including scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource planning. Drive talent attraction, development, retention, engagement, and ongoing professional growth within the team. Resolve technical, business, and personnel-related challenges to support successful project execution. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional partners. Support customer-focused activities, including Voice of Customer initiatives and customer-centric design efforts. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, design controls, procedures, and project documentation standards. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 6 years of applicable professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Direct people management experience. Experience leading projects involving new product or technology introduction. Demonstrated technical expertise within an engineering or functional discipline. Experience managing project timelines, quality requirements, budgets, and resources. Knowledge of healthcare markets and competitors. Experience executing talent management and performance management strategies. Demonstrated ability to deliver programs or business objectives on time, within budget, and to quality requirements. #IJ Ireland Pay Ranges: Ireland : €66,000 - €109,000 EUR Annual At Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
