Pay range: CHF 72 500 – CHF 116 180 Placement within the salary range will depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Job Summary Join Bio-Techne’s established SDR team and help grow our Spatial Biology portfolio. You will engage scientific customers across academia, biotech, pharmaceutical companies, and CROs, creating qualified sales opportunities for the commercial team. Working closely with experienced SDR colleagues, Sales, and Marketing, you will build customer relationships and support the adoption of cutting-edge spatial biology solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and engage prospective customers within academia, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, and related markets. Execute outbound prospecting activities through phone, email, social selling, and other engagement channels. Design and implement lead generation campaigns aligned with commercial priorities and business objectives. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and optimize demand generation initiatives. Communicate the value and scientific applications of the Bio-Techne Spatial portfolio to research and industry customers. Understand customer research objectives, technical requirements, and challenges to assess opportunity fit and qualification. Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression within CRM systems. Achieve or exceed sales development targets and key performance indicators while contributing to overall team success. Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. Strong interest in commercial roles supporting scientific research, biotechnology, and biopharma markets. Previous experience in Life Sciences, diagnostics, laboratory technologies, or scientific services is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
