Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swiss   The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of marketing communications, campaigns, product launch activities, and sales enablement materials that build awareness, create demand, and drive adoption of medmix Surgery products. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to create accurate, brand-consistent content and support lead generation, events, digital channels, and customer-facing initiatives. Main Accountabilities and Tasks: Marketing communications and content: Create and manage marketing content and materials, including product and customer presentations, brochures, flyers, catalogues, articles, white papers, website content, promotional materials, and sales collateral. Campaign execution and analysis: Coordinate and execute email, digital, social media, and demand generation campaigns; track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead generation results. Product launch and go-to-market support: Support new product introductions by developing communication campaigns, launch materials, presentations, product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that support sales targets. Market and customer insights: Conduct market research, support customer segmentation, contribute to buyer persona development, and assist with market opportunity assessments in collaboration with Product Management. Brand management: Ensure brand consistency, integrity, and quality across all marketing materials, communications, digital channels, and customer-facing assets. Digital channels and social media: Support website updates and manage social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, including content planning, publishing, and performance monitoring. Events and trade shows: Organize and support exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and customer-facing events, including coordination of materials, logistics, and follow-up activities. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and subject matter experts to develop relevant content, support customer engagement, and align marketing activities with commercial priorities. Marketing operations: Manage marketing assets and databases, maintain accurate materials, support CRM and marketing automation activities, and coordinate multiple projects or campaigns with attention to timelines and detail. Work Experience : 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, campaign coordination, or a related role. Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Other: Experience in B2B marketing; experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear messaging and customer-facing content. Excellent organization, project coordination, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, campaign management, content creation, and marketing analytics. Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools; Salesforce experience is a plus. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. Travel Requirements This position may require occasional travel (up to 25%).
