As a GPS Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead continuous improvement activities across the site to improve performance around safety, quality, delivery, cost and people pillars . You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, engineering , EHS and supply chain team s to ide ntify opportunities, run improvement projects, and embed sustainable ways of working. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, qual ity, del ivery and cost. Coach and develop site teams and leaders to adopt GSK Production System ( GPS ) standards including standard work, tiered performance management, and structured problem solvin g. Esta blish and manage performance routines and metrics to track progress and report business impact. Use data and digital tools to turn insights into cl ear, t imely actions at the frontline. Standardize and sustain improvements through processes, training, and documented controls. Partner with stakeholders across functions to remove barriers and ensure changes are implemented and measured. Working pattern This role is on-site . You will be expected to work on-site regularly to engage with frontline teams and attend meetings. Some remote work is supported to enable flexible collaboration in case by case basis. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field such as math , science, technology , Stem etc . Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification 8+ years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence or production-system deployment in an operating environment . 4+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing, such as biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device or a comparable environment. G x P or FDA experience is preferred. 2+ years of experience t eaching and c oaching continuous improvement including problem solving using DMAIC or A3 metho dologies 1+ years of experience with strategy deployment (Hoshi n Kan ri) at site or business-unit level 1+ year of e xperience building or strengthening a Lean management system 1 + years of e xperience leading cross-functional change Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus L ine leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain with direct accountability for operational performance.
