Clinical Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include: Managing small ( Performing regional lead’s or project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with the secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget. Adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers.  Leading project teams Training, mentoring, and coaching Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, Project Coordination Associates (PCAs) and Site Management Associates (SMAs) Participating in feasibility research Supporting business development tasks such as proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, etc.  Implementing company standard practices and complying with intradepartmental procedures   Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum 5 years of experience gained in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research. At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research At least 2-year recent clinical research experience in the capacity of project manager/equivalent (e.g. Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead, etc.).
