Coordinate high-level and sensitive interactions with senior executives, board members, external advisors, executive candidates, customers, and business partners. Support onboarding activities for direct reports and new team members, including coordinating equipment, schedules, orientation activities, and access requirements. Create and distribute regular executive communications, newsletters, and team updates to large employee audiences.
