The Opportunity The Senior Manager, Global Market Intelligence & Strategy is responsible for leading the development of actionable market insights and strategic recommendations that drive business growth, competitive advantage, and informed decision-making across global markets. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, commercial teams, product management, marketing, and business development functions by identifying market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and business acumen to translate complex market data into meaningful insights that influence enterprise priorities, investment decisions, and long-term growth strategies. What You’ll Work On Global Market & Competitive Intelligence : Lead the strategy and execution of global market intelligence programs focused on digital health, medical device connectivity, data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and SaaS platforms. Analyze global market trends, unmet customer needs, healthcare policies, and digital transformation trends across regions. Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and conduct ongoing competitor monitoring including capabilities, product roadmaps, pricing models, partnerships, and go‑to‑market strategies. Build comprehensive market models to assess market size, TAM/SAM/SOM, growth drivers, and strategic opportunities. Strategic Insights and Decision Support : Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product strategy, portfolio investment decisions, commercialization plans, and long‑range forecasting. Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, M&A assessments, and new market entry evaluations. Lead scenario planning to assess risks, disruptors, and emerging opportunities in digital health and connected medical device markets. Voice of the Customer and Market Validation : Structure and execute voice‑of‑customer programs including qualitative/quantitative research, advisory boards, surveys, interviews, and usability studies. Support product management in translating customer insights into prioritized requirements for digital solutions spanning software, data platforms, connectivity tools, and analytics. Strategic Planning: Works with leadership to develop recommendations that support short-term business objectives and long-term growth strategies including iterations on strategic plans and product roadmap development Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Global Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Clinical, Health Economics, and Sales Enablement teams to align insights and strategy. Support opportunity assessments, concept testing, and business case development. Serve as a subject matter expert on the digital health competitive landscape, sharing ongoing updates across the organization. Marketing Reporting and Communications : Develop and present executive-ready deliverables such as market dashboards, opportunity assessments, white papers, competitive briefs, and strategic recommendations. Deliver periodic global market updates to senior leadership, highlighting drivers, risks, and strategic implications. Maintain a centralized market intelligence repository and reporting cadence for global stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital health projects Experience with Medical Device, AI technologies in healthcare and / or EHR systems 8+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, consulting, business strategy, product strategy, or related functions Experience conducting market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis in a global business environment. Experience developing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations Strong experience with market modeling, forecasting, data synthesis, and insights development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights. Proven ability to influence decision-making among senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of digital solutions including SaaS, AI/ML, cloud platforms, connected devices, and data-driven healthcare. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify strategic implications, and communicate clearly at executive levels. Highly skilled in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, CRM, market research platforms) Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills Results oriented with focused urgency, prioritization skills and ability to recognize/escalate issues appropriately.
