Clinical Trials Import/Export Operations Specialist

Be the point of contact with customs authorities, courier companies, and carriers for different issues and negotiation Stay abreast of changes in import or export laws/regulations Classify goods according to the tariff coding system Manage, track, maintain and review (Quality Control) all import/export information and documentation Coordinate goods dispatch, storage, and delivery Be able to collect and analyze current shipment data and generate reports Monitor export/import licenses validity and renewals Support operational issues regarding customs clearance or shipment delivery Interact with dedicated study vendors and other PSI departments, as needed Full working proficiency in English and Spanish;   Portuguese is a plus College/University degree - relevant areas are a plus: commerce, trade, international trade Broker/custom experience Experience with Import/Export operations in other CROs/Pharmaceutical companies for Chile is required; experience with other countries is a plus  Familiar with import/export operations process and relevant documentation Strong knowledge of international customs regulations, import/export laws, and tariff coding systems MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Ability to plan and work in a dynamic team environment Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complex operational issues We offer: Excellent and flexible working conditions Extensive training and friendly, collegial team Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for personal and professional growth If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
