Job Description Enlicitide Marketing, Sr. Product Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual brand strategy and tactical plans. Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Lead product launch planning and readiness activities. Design and implement customer engagement and promotional initiatives. Monitor business performance and recommend actions to achieve brand objectives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned execution. Manage marketing budgets and agency partners effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial experience. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management capabilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Product launch experience is preferred. Fluent in English and Chinese.
