As a Global Marketing Director (GMD), Oncology, you will help translate our science into meaningful commercial impact throughout the product lifecycle by bringing strong customer understanding, compelling content, and differentiated claims to life in partnership with the cross-functional oncology team. Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Director, Oncology, you will play a key role in translating global brand strategy into clear, compelling marketing programs and practical tools that enable markets to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will contribute to the development of insight-driven product strategies and plans, while taking ownership of tactical marketing activities including content development, claims development and refinement, campaign materials, and omnichannel activation. You will partner closely with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, differentiated materials grounded in customer insights, evidence and the evolving competitive landscape. You will also work closely with co-create markets to adapt global strategy and content for local needs, ensuring effective and consistent execution across channels. In this role, you will build and strengthen your capabilities across Global Strategy, Marketing Excellence and Enterprise Leadership, while developing the expertise required to drive impactful brand execution. Within GSK’s Pharmaceuticals business, you will contribute to generating long-term value for GSK and , ultimately, improving the lives of patients around the world. Key Responsibilities : Establish themselves as the global commercial lead and subject matter expert for endometrial cancer, supporting the Marketing Commercialization Team and broader global brand commercial leadership team. Drive the endometrial cancer indication to its peak potential by identifying and prioritizing opportunities to maximize patient impact, customer value, and long-term asset performance. Understand, value, and prioritize sources of differentiation by leveraging cross-functional insights, interpreting emerging clinical data, and assessing the evolving competitive landscape and implications for brand strategy. Develop and evolve the global endometrial cancer brand strategy and brand plan in alignment with the Integrated Asset Plan, across key customer segments including patients, healthcare professionals, and payers, in partnership with cross-functional teams and local operating companies. Translate global brand strategy into clear, compelling marketing execution, including positioning, segmentation, targeting, promotional strategy, omnichannel content, and customer-facing materials. Lead development and refinement of differentiated product claims and supporting messaging in partnership with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and other relevant functions, ensuring content is compelling, evidence-based, and aligned to the brand strategy. Partner with Insights to develop and maintain the global forecast, providing strategic assumptions and commercial input based on customer insights, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and evolving evidence. Ensure market access considerations are incorporated into brand strategy and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle, including prioritization of opportunities and portfolio decisions. Partner with markets to translate global strategy into effective local execution, providing clear guidance, content, tools, and best practices to support consistent and impactful customer engagement. Lead the co-creation group with key cross-functional and market representation to gather input, align priorities, and accelerate development and implementation of global brand initiatives. Identify future strategic opportunities to drive long-term asset value through proactive assessment of unmet needs, emerging science, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and commercial potential. Define the commercial investment and operating model required to optimize brand performance across global markets, balancing impact, efficiency, speed, and customer needs. Embrace an agile mindset and drive continuous improvement in ways of working, productivity, value creation, speed, and customer experience. Build strong relationships and followership across the organization to enable effective execution of the brand strategy and maximize commercial impact.
