Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across China Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles Develop a strong understanding of PSI’s business and functional areas to identify and attract the best talent Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to specific roles and target audiences Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels Screen and assess candidates against role requirements, including their skills, experience, motivation, and overall fit Organize, coordinate, and conduct interviews throughout the selection process Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, including briefing agencies on requirements and overseeing candidate submissions and recruitment activity Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Monitor recruitment activity and provide relevant updates, insights, and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment practices, identifying and implementing continuous improvements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment in China Ideally, experience sourcing candidates for technical, R&D, clinical research, or other hard-to-fill roles Experience using a variety of sourcing and recruitment methods and techniques Good understanding of general HR practices and local employment requirements Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international colleagues in English If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
