Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ About the opportunity Join our Commercial Excellence team and help enable efficient, accurate sales operations. In this 12-month agency position, you will coordinate quotations, orders, contracts, customer inquiries, and commercial data while collaborating with Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Service teams. You will work a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule in a hybrid arrangement, with onsite work required during the first three to six months. The contract may be extended. Your tasks include You prepare customer quotations, process purchase orders, and follow up on product deliveries. You prepare, maintain, and track sales contracts, agreements, renewals, and related documentation. You coordinate customer questions with the appropriate technical and commercial teams. You maintain accurate sales, pricing, customer, and contract information in SAP and Salesforce. You use Excel and other available systems to prepare reports and support data analysis. You collaborate with Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Service colleagues to support daily commercial activities. Your profile You have strong Excel skills and can organize, analyze, and present commercial information accurately. You are proficient in SAP and Salesforce, or have relevant experience using comparable enterprise systems. You demonstrate strong analytical and research skills. You can maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized records and documentation. You communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. You work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take a practical approach to resolving problems.
