As an Analyst, IT – Global ERP Product Development , you will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Baxter's global ERP platforms and enterprise solutions. Working closely with business and IT teams, you will contribute to technology solutions that enable critical business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other functions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise, learn enterprise business processes, and contribute to initiatives that support Baxter's global operations and digital transformation journey. What you'll be doing Support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP applications and related technologies. Assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in the development of reports, interfaces, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions. Support implementation activities for system enhancements and projects. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring minimal business disruption. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Develop and execute test cases for system enhancements and defect resolution. Support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment validation activities. Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and business requirements before release. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and development teams to understand business needs. Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business and technical requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles. Follow Baxter's IT governance, cybersecurity, validation, and change management processes. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements where applicable. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. 0 - 2 years of experience in ERP systems, application support, software development or technology environments. Internship, co-op, or project experience supporting business applications is preferred. Basic knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise systems. Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Familiarity with software development and testing methodologies. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools. Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment. Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to ERP business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Human Resources. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Familiarity with enterprise application support and IT service management processes. Knowledge of automation, reporting, or integration technologies is desirable.
