Veeva Systems is looking for a Managed Services Consultant who has a passion for helping customers achieve their business vision. Veeva Vault, our cloud-based content management and collaboration solution, is used by our customers to manage content-centric processes across key departments within a life sciences company, including clinical trials, quality management, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, and marketing. The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to our live R&D Vault customers. In this role, you can build long-term relationships and partner with customer administrators at life sciences companies to deliver solutions that meet their business needs. What You’ll Do
Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite
Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications
Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
Experience in working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations
Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple clients
At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Nice to Have
Project Management experience
Understanding of life science content management principles, types, and taxonomies
Understanding of life science compliance requirements
