Document Control / Shipping Specialist

Document Control/Shipping Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Applies highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility Review document for client portfolio Route documents through appropriate workflows Coordinate and complete domestic and international shipments Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration Meets all quality and productivity metrics Read, understand, and adhere to all relevant procedures and SOPs Ensure integrity of data produced and reviewed Communicates effectively with clients and vendors Performs other duties as assigned  Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration Fundamental knowledge of cGMP compliance requirements 2 years of relevant work experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of  Indianapolis, IN  are encouraged to apply. Schedule: The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
