Job Summary Co-op, Procurement: January - June 2027 (Onsite)

 Position Overview Position Dates: J anuary 11 , 202 7 – June 30 , 202 7 The Procurement Co-op will support Insulet's Direct Materials Procurement organization, partnering with Category Managers and Procurement Specialists across a broad range of direct material categories. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supplier Quality, and Finance, while also interacting with suppliers and contract manufacturers around the world. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, supply chain operations, cost management, and procurement analytics within a fast-paced and innovative medical device environment. Candidates will develop practical business skills while contributing to projects that directly support Insulet's manufacturing operations and long-term growth objectives. Responsibilities: The candidate will support a variety of procurement, supply chain, and supplier management activities, including: Purchasing and purchase order (PO) support Supply planning and procurement operations support Supplier management and supplier performance initiatives Procurement spend data collection, analysis, and reporting Cost reduction pipeline tracking and project support CBOM (Costed Bill of Materials) analysis and costing support Development of spend analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations Creation of presentations and business updates for leadership reviews, supplier meetings, and procurement initiatives Support for sourcing, RFx, and supplier qualification activities Continuous process improvement projects Cross-functional project coordination and tracking Other duties and special projects as assigned The candidate will also gain exposure to Insulet's products, manufacturing processes, and global supply chain operations through on-the-job learning and collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field Previous co-op, internship, or relevant project experience is preferred but not required Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred Preferred Skills and Competencies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including data analysis, pivots, lookups, charting, and reporting Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred Strong presentation development and communication skills; experience creating and delivering presentations is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and manufacturing environments is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, team-oriented environment This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship. Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
