The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: J oin our dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting our operations in APAC distributor markets . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, coupled with an in-depth understanding of business practices and market dynamics in Asia-Pacific markets Where you come in : Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with regional teams to align goals with corporate objectives . Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, incorporating market-specific variables and business drivers. Strategic Planning and Decision Support: Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business decisions. Work closely with local stakeholders to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for growth and profitability. Variance Analysis and Performance Tracking: Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from budgets and forecasts, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Monitor and track performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement or optimization. Compliance and Risk Management: Responsible for ensuring that departments understand and complies with quality standards and requirements as documented. Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them within the Japan market. Regional Management Reporting and Consolidation Center of Excellence : Jointly r esponsible for completion of Monthly/Quarterly Business Review decks with the in-country Finance Business Partners. Jointly responsible for monthly review of country- and region-level cost to acquire , surfacing insights to Regional Management Responsible for Region-wide consolidation of quarterly forecasts and annual OPEX plans What makes you successful: Bachelor's degre e in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. 5 to 8 + years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or related roles, with specific experience in supporting the Commercial Operations . Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools. In-depth knowledge of APAC accounting standards, business practices, and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams.
