Clinical Site Manager (SCRA) Location: Poland (Home-Based) Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Site Manager (SCRA) to support the successful delivery of global clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a site-focused clinical research professional who is passionate about investigator engagement, study quality, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in building strong site relationships, driving performance, and ensuring clinical studies are delivered in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, Key Opinion Leaders, and patient organisations. Develop and execute site engagement strategies to maximise site performance and study success. Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out, and support visits at investigative sites across Poland. Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle. Support study delivery through site oversight, vendor coordination, training, and regulatory activities. Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are delivered on time and to quality expectations. Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain audit and inspection readiness across assigned studies. Identify risks and implement solutions to enhance study execution and patient engagement. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry. Strong site-facing experience in a CRA, Clinical Site Manager, Study Coordinator, Project Management, or Site Engagement role. At least 3 years' clinical trial monitoring experience. Solid understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial operations. Ability to build credibility with investigators and site personnel through scientific and operational discussions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Life Sciences degree or equivalent preferred. Fluent English. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to investigative sites throughout Poland. What's on Offer Opportunity to work on innovative global clinical studies.
