The Position Excellence in managing customers' orders end-to-end process and providing a high level of service Key Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process, from initial order intake to fulfillment and billing Optimize the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, informing customers and tracking status of open orders as well as open items from past orders. Represent the company in front of customers coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient ordering and supply process. Be Responsible for logistic claims handling as a first point of contact. Propose actions in order to improve customer satisfaction. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse in regards of orders and deliveries. Support specific invoice processes for end customers in coordination with Finance Who you are: Bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of previous experience in ordering and delivery management or customer relations. Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP – an advantage) and good skills in Microsoft Office Customer Oriented Collaborative, demonstrates sense of urgency and collective ownership Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset High level fluency in Hebrew and English Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
