What will you do? You will provide e ngineering support for the new HBV vaccine facility. You will support the Utilities and E quipment qualification activities including : Design Review, Acceptance Testing, Qualification and Commissioning. You will be involved in d ocumentation review and drafting which may include P&#43;ID review, SOP, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments. You will support the Asset Care Program to ensure both reliability and maintenance are world class. You will be involved with local and global engineering teams to deliver your project responsibilities. Help develop good working relationships within the team via team building activities. Support in SAP Master data management Creation of maintenance and calibration plans in SAP System. You may be asked to perform other activities as assigned by N&#43;1 . What will you learn? You will have opportunities to learn the following: The different type of equipment that are used for vaccines manufacturing. How the utilities equipment functions and the impact of each equipment have on the production system. Liaising with external contractors and vendors for equipment issues and improvement initiatives. Liaising with above site (GSK sister plant outside Tuas) for sharing issue or requesting for support. Working closely with quality and production department on understanding problems that are contributed by utilities equipment. Understanding and using the different type of modules in SAP for routine and ad-hoc activities. Deeper understanding the requirements of a vaccines site on producing vaccines.
